CAIPS Standard - US$29

We will obtain a copy of your CAIPS file and email it to you in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.
Please note that no professional interpretation is included with CAIPS Standard.

Notes on processing time:

• We will mail the request to CIC the same day we receive all of the following: online registration form, cleared payment, completed and signed IMM5476B form(s);
• We will email your CAIPS file to you the same day we will receive it from CIC.

Notes on processing time outside our control:

• Normally, the request and reply mail (from us to CIC and back) will each take two or three business days;
• The law requires CIC to respond in 30 business days at most.

CAIPS Standard + Xpresspost - US$39

We will obtain a copy of your CAIPS file and email it to you in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.
Please note that no professional interpretation is included with CAIPS Standard.

• We will Xpresspost the request to CIC and email you the Xpresspost tracking number the same day we receive all of the following: online registration form, cleared payment, completed and signed IMM5476B form(s);
• We will email your CAIPS file to you the same day we will receive it from CIC.

Notes on processing time outside our control:

• Normally, the Xpresspost request (from us to CIC) will take two business days and the reply mail (from CIC to us) will take two or three business days;
• The law requires CIC to respond in 30 business days at most.

CAIPS Interpretation - US$69

We will email you a professional interpretation of your CAIPS file in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. The professional interpretation is a 1 or 2 page report that describes your CAIPS file, highlights the issues, if any, and suggests solutions to them.
Please note that obtaining a copy of your CAIPS file is not included with CAIPS Interpretation.
Please note it is not necessary to have obtained your CAIPS file through the CAIPS Retriever.

Notes on processing time:

• We will email the professional interpretation to you two business days after we receive all of the following: online registration form, cleared payment, your CAIPS file.

CAIPS Professional - US$89

CAIPS Professional is a discount package that includes all the services in CAIPS Standard and CAIPS Interpretation.
We will obtain a copy of your CAIPS file and email it to you together with a professional interpretation, both in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. The professional interpretation is a 1 or 2 page report that describes your CAIPS file, highlights the issues, if any, and suggests solutions to them.
