Applying for your CAIPS file is easy.

2. Read Our Services to select the service that best suits you
3. Read the Terms of Service
4. Complete and submit the Online Registration Form
5. Pay the service fee
6. Download, complete, sign and return the IMM5476B Form(s) to us
For customers ordering CAIPS Interpretation: If you have obtained your CAIPS file (notes) other than through the CAIPS Retriever,

4. Complete and submit the Online Registration Form
Complete our simple Online Registration Form and click Submit. By submitting this form, you agree with our Terms of Service.
5. Pay the service fee
Pay securely online through PayPal, the secure online payments world leader. Besides your PayPal account, you may use VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, DISCOVER or eCHECK. Please make sure PayPal is available in your country. Select the service as per the Online Registration Form and click Buy Now. Please be advised that we are unable to provide the service until the online payment is cleared.

6. Download, complete, sign and return the IMM5476B Form(s) to us
IMM5476B, "Authority to Release Information to Designated Individuals" is an official CIC form on which you provide your consent for CIC to disclose the information in your CAIPS file to us.
You have to provide separate completed and signed IMM5476B forms for all persons included in your application aged 18 or over.

All persons included in your application aged 18 or over should complete and sign a separate form.
The IMM5476B Form has just 7 boxes to be completed:
- After "Family name", put your family name;
- After "Given name(s)", put your given name(s);
- After "Date of birth", put your date of birth in the boxes provided;
- After "My client number is", put your file number e.g. "B123456789". All forms should have the same client number;
- After "Give the name and location at the office where that application was made", put the visa office which is handling your visa application e.g. "London";
- After "Signature of applicant", sign in the box provided;
- After "Date", put the current date in the boxes provided.
Return the completed and signed form(s) to us

7. Send us your CAIPS file
For customers ordering CAIPS Interpretation: If you have obtained your CAIPS file other than through the CAIPS Retriever, email, fax, mail or courier us your CAIPS file. Please check the Contact Us page for our coordinates.
